Due to our growth, Succession offers a fantastic opportunity for an outgoing and enthusiastic individual to join as a Localities Assistant in our new Hitchin office. This entry-level role is ideal for those starting in the corporate or finance sector.

The role
The main purpose is to provide front-of-house services at the Hitchin office, including managing visitors\’ diaries, meeting arrangements, switchboard activities, and overseeing stock and ordering systems.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Answering and redirecting phone calls
- Managing meeting room bookings and supporting meetings
- Handling post
- Maintaining up-to-date telephone and email directories
Successful candidates will need:
- Experience in fast-paced roles like retail or customer service
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills with high accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
