The Role
As an Investment Operations Administrator, you’ll be a key part of our Investment Operations team, ensuring trades are executed accurately and efficiently across multiple platforms. Your work will directly support our Wealth Planners in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintaining trading workflow by carrying out trades on clients’ accounts in line with Succession Wealth’s procedures & SLA’s.
- Becoming a pro in platforms like IFDL, 7IM, Transact, Abrdn & Aviva.
- Managing your diary and workflow to meet time-sensitive goals.
- Keeping our trading processes sharp, secure, and continuously improving.
- Conducting quality control reviews and spotting opportunities to do things better.
Who We’re Looking For
You’re someone who thrives on structure, accuracy, and collaboration. You bring a sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset to everything you do.
You’ll need
- Solid understanding of UK financial services regulations, especially within wealth management.
- Hands-on experience with Investment Platforms and transaction processes.
- Familiarity with quality assurance and control practices.
- Strong IT skills – Word, Excel, and ideally IRESS/Xplan.
- High numeracy and accuracy skills.
- Excellent communication, time management, and planning abilities.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
