We have over 900 employees and 200 Wealth Planners who provide wealth management and financial planning services to individuals and corporate clients across the UK via our network of offices.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner and people manager to lead and drive the continued success and growth of our Paraplanning function at Succession Wealth. As Paraplanning Team Leader, you will lead and motivate your team of Paraplanners, managing their tasks and productivity whilst implementing company goals. You will achieve this by providing guidance and instruction, and by coaching team members as needed. Team Leaders take an active role in creating a collaborative workspace, alongside making wider decisions such as recruitment and workload delegation.
On a day to day basis you can expect to be:
- Providing support and motivating Paraplanners to accomplish theirs and Succession Wealth’s goals.
- Reviewing and delegating resource and workflow.
- Managing project progress and reporting to stakeholders.
- Leading meetings and communicating goals.
- Developing Paraplanners by nurturing strengths and identifying improvements.
- Representing and advocating for team needs.
To be successful in the role you will need:
- Significant Paraplanning experience.
- Experience of managing and/or mentoring Paraplanners.
- To be qualified to Level 4 or above.
- Have a detailed knowledge of pensions, investments and estate planning.
- Be articulate in both verbal and written communication.
- The ability and desire to support and develop Paraplanners in a constructive way.
