We’re seeking a Business Analyst to join our change and transformation team, supporting the end‑to‑end delivery of initiatives across the organisation. This is a role combining hands‑on project delivery with high‑quality business analysis. You’ll work across multiple initiatives, adapting your approach to suit both Waterfall and Agile environments, while ensuring change is delivered in line with our Change Framework.
The Opportunity
- Managing projects or workstreams end‑to‑end, from initiation to handover.
- Building and maintaining project plans, schedules and delivery artefacts across multiple initiatives.
- Eliciting, analysing and documenting business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Applying the most appropriate delivery approach (Agile or Waterfall) based on the needs of each piece of work.
- Supporting testing, UAT and implementation, including documentation and training materials.
- Analysing processes and data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Actively managing risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions, escalating where required.
- Producing clear, accurate status updates for Senior Project Managers and stakeholders.
- Supporting cost tracking, forecasting and benefits delivery where needed.
- Supporting prioritisation and agreement of requirements, keeping desired outcomes and benefits in focus.
- Producing current‑state and future‑state process models.
- Translating business requirements into functional delivery artefacts working with technology and operational teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a project delivery or hybrid project management/business analyst role within a change or transformation environment.
- Strong understanding of project delivery lifecycles and business analysis techniques.
- Practical experience of working across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Strong planning, organisation and problem‑solving skills.
