We are currently partnering with a high-growth, acquisitive, international consumer products business (circa £100m turnover / £10m EBITDA) looking to appoint a Group Financial Controller / Finance Director. This is a senior, technically focused leadership role playing a key part in shaping the financial strategy of a rapidly scaling group operating across multiple jurisdictions.
The Role
- Leading all financial, commercial and statutory reporting across the group
- Ensuring compliance with UK and international accounting, tax and regulatory requirements
- Acting as the key technical finance advisor to the Board and senior leadership team
- Driving robust financial controls, governance and reporting processes
- Supporting M&A activity, including due diligence and integration
- Leading, developing and motivating a high-performing finance team
The Person
- We are looking for a highly capable senior finance professional with:
- ACA qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong technical accounting background within a group environment
- Experience in international or multi-entity businesses
- Proven ability to build, lead and develop teams
- Commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence at Board level
- Experience in high-growth and/or acquisitive businesses (highly desirable)
