Finance Business Partner opportunity for a fast paced and wide reaching role within a company with a strong international presence. Working within Commercial Finance this role will provide finance support to a key division and is a brilliant opportunity to be part of a real international growth journey.
The role will involve;
- Ensuring the production and control of all financial and management information together with short- and long-term strategic planning for a key division of this business.
- Preparation of the budget, quarterly forecasts and medium-term strategy, working with exec management.
- Development and production of relevant department reports and KPI’s to aid understanding and decision making.
- Chairing regularly meetings with the leadership team to review spend and gain better understanding of expected costs, highlighting underlying issues as they arise and providing challenge where necessary.
- Support and preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual Budget decks, including attendance and presentation at review meetings.
- Ownership, Governance and appraisal for any projects, including monthly tracking and reporting into Steering meetings and Investment/operating forums.
- Development of functional KPIs with departmental manager.
Applicants must have the following;
- Professionally qualified accountant, either ACA, CIMA or ACCA.
- Ability to work on own initiative and develop proactive solutions to business problems.
- Evidence of providing data driven insights.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal required.
- Very strong analytical skills required to investigate, understand, and explain department performance.
- Ability to form strong working relationships at all levels.
