I’m currently working with a dynamic, high-growth, private equity backed FMCG / Technology business that is seeking an ambitious, commercially minded CFO to help drive the next phase of its growth journey.

Following recent investment in a cutting-edge technology platform and its operational infrastructure, the business is well positioned for accelerated organic expansion.

The Role:

As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the financial strategy of the business. You will work closely with the CEO, PE investors and Board, providing robust financial leadership, insight and governance during a period of transformational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of financial management, reporting, planning and analysis
  • Support strategic decision-making with clear, data-led financial insight
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including private equity investors and external partners
  • Drive operational and commercial performance through enhanced financial systems and processes
  • Oversee risk management, compliance and corporate governance

The ideal candidate will be an experienced, hands-on CFO with a track record of success in a fast-paced, private equity environment. Having taken a business through an exit in the past would be desirable, but not essential.

You’ll combine strong technical capability with commercial acumen, strategic foresight and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a high-growth, forward-thinking business at a genuinely exciting stage in its journey, with the chance to help shape its future and deliver significant value creation.
