What you’ll do:
- Assist the manager with organising the team to deliver exceptional cleaning standards.
- Complete audits and prepare KPI reports.
- Assist with stock counts.
- Maintain the COSHH cupboard.
- Manage PPE and cleaning materials.
- Conduct team meetings and identify training needs.
- Assist with payroll preparation and arrange cover for holidays and sickness.
- Perform hands-on cleaning duties.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous cleaning experience (supervisory experience is a bonus!).
- Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
- UK residency for the past 3 years and legal right to work.
- A positive attitude and commitment to health and safety.
