Join Royal London Asset Management's digital marketing team and play a key role in shaping the online experience across our international digital platforms. Supporting websites that serve audiences across multiple markets, you'll manage website content, contribute to digital campaigns and help deliver continuous improvements across our digital estate. Working across multiple content management systems for web and social media, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience while developing your technical digital marketing skills. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and proactive marketing professional who enjoys a blend of content, technology and digital optimisation. As part of a collaborative team, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your own projects, contribute to website enhancements and build expertise across content management, social media, analytics and digital marketing within the asset management industry.
About the role
- Manage and publish content across Royal London Asset Management’s international websites, including German-language content.
- Build and maintain web pages, articles and campaign content that support marketing activity and thought leadership initiatives.
- Support SEO activity through monitoring, content updates, and website best practices.
- Help deliver social media activity and assets, scheduling content in English and German.
- Contribute to reporting and analytics that help inform future activity.
- Support website enhancements, testing new functionality and identifying opportunities to improve the user experience.
- Work closely with marketing, investment and compliance teams to ensure content is accurate, compliant and delivered to a high standard.
About you
- Experience managing website content using a CMS platform such as Optimizely or a similar content management system.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, content optimisation and website best practices.
- Experience working with website analytics and reporting tools to measure digital performance.
- Experience using social media management tools such as Hootsuite would be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident collaborating with a range of stakeholders while delivering high-quality, accurate content.
- Financial services experience is desirable, while asset management and German language skills would be beneficial but are not essential.
- A proactive, organised and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn, take ownership and develop across multiple digital marketing disciplines.
