This is an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning Apprenticeship programme. In partnership with our training provider - Lifetime Training - the programme offers you a chance to study for a Business and Administration Level 3 nationally recognised qualification, all whilst gaining practical work experience.

What will you do?

You will be working within the Property Services area as part of the Regional Commercial Team. In this role, you will support a variety of administrative and commercial activities, including mailbox management, running and analysing reports, and assisting the team with contractor performance management by tracking contractor performance, producing and interrogating statistical data, and helping to ensure accurate and effective reporting. Throughout your apprenticeship, you will receive ongoing support and guidance from the team, providing you with valuable learning opportunities and helping you develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in your role.

What skills and abilities do I need to have?

We look for candidates who live and breathe our values; Ambition, Inclusion, Integrity, Quality and Sustainability - and have a willingness to learn, enthusiasm and dedication. On top of this, practical skills we are looking for are:

  • A minimum of 2 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above (or equivalent to), including Maths and English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
