Role Description:

As a Technical Workday Consultant, your main responsibilities will include configuring and customizing the Workday system to meet the specific needs of our clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, design solutions, and implement changes to the system. The Technical Consultant can answer complex functional issues within a technical design and configure it in the system. As well as their technical expertise, the technical consultant can effectively lead a stream and independently advise our AMS clients, offering pro-active advice based on the client context. Strong communication skills, technical expertise in Workday, and a customer-focused approach are essential for success in this role.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience as a Workday Consultant or Analyst
  • In depth knowledge of HCM, Reporting and Security
  • Experience as a stream lead in a project or Client AMS lead
  • Ability to manage stakeholders
  • Ability to manage schedule effectively and actively engaged on multiple projects at the same time where necessary
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in a client facing position
  • Must be fluent in English
