Recruitment Operations & Compliance Coordinator

Part-Time | Watford

Success Talent is looking for a Recruitment Operations & Compliance Coordinator to become the operational heartbeat of our specialist recruitment agency.

This is much more than an administration role. You’ll support our Consultants, Finance team and Directors across recruitment operations, temporary staffing, compliance, marketing and business development.

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinating permanent and temporary placements from offer through to onboarding.
  • Completing Right to Work checks, references, DBS checks and other compliance requirements.
  • Issuing temporary-worker documentation and maintaining accurate, audit-ready records.
  • Managing timesheets and liaising with candidates, clients, payroll providers and umbrella companies.
  • Keeping our recruitment database accurate, organised and GDPR-compliant.
  • Supporting diaries, office operations, internal communications and new-starter inductions.
  • Posting vacancies across our website and job boards.
  • Creating engaging content for LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Researching new vacancies, prospective clients and business-development opportunities.
  • Supporting client presentations, marketing materials and terms of business.

About you

You’ll bring previous experience in administration, recruitment, compliance, payroll support or social media, alongside:

  • Exceptional organisation and attention to detail.
  • A professional, approachable and service-led communication style.
  • Discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems.
  • Good written English and an eye for polished, on-brand content.
