OFFICE MANAGER | FASHION & LIFESTYLE BRANDS
Location: Watford, Hertfordshire
Salary: Up to £34,000 DOE
Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:30pm

We're looking for a highly organised, personable and hands‑on Office Manager to take ownership of the day‑to‑day operations of a fast‑paced, creative business representing an exciting portfolio of established global fashion and lifestyle brands.
This isn't your typical desk‑based Office Manager role. You'll be at the heart of the business, keeping everything running smoothly — from office operations and facilities to showroom presentations, brand events and VIP visitors.

The Role
- Own the office experience – Ensure the offices, reception areas, meeting rooms and showrooms are always professional, welcoming and running efficiently.
- Keep operations seamless – Manage facilities, contractors, suppliers, office budgets, purchasing and day‑to‑day administration.
- Be the face of the business – Welcome visitors, clients and partners, delivering a polished, hospitality‑led experience.
- Bring events to life – Coordinate meeting rooms, client presentations, product launches, seasonal showcases and brand events.
- Support the creative teams – Assist with product samples, showroom organisation, brand compliance administration and deliveries.
- Champion workplace standards – Oversee health and safety, workplace compliance and office processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years' experience in an Office Manager, Workplace Manager or similar role
