SUCCESS TALENT is recruiting a Shipping Manager to lead an international fashion & lifestyle operation from Watford. You will own day-to-day shipping, manage FCL/LCL and air freight, and oversee a growing team ensuring on-time deliveries and compliant documentation.
You will work closely with Operations, Finance and Customer Service to optimize freight costs, KPIs and processes, while maintaining strong relationships with freight forwarders, brokers and 3PLs.
