We are recruiting for an iconic global sports and lifestyle brand looking for an experienced Strategy & Transformation Manager to support the delivery of key strategic and transformation initiatives across its European business. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will turn strategic priorities into clear, actionable plans, ensuring complex projects remain focused, aligned and on track.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced transformation, strategy, programme management or PMO professional with a strong commercial mindset and experience within retail, sportswear, apparel or footwear.

The Role

  • Translating strategic business priorities into clear and actionable plans
  • Leading and supporting high-impact cross-functional transformation projects
  • Developing project roadmaps, milestones, KPIs and delivery plans
  • Keeping stakeholders aligned, focused and accountable throughout delivery
  • Identifying risks, dependencies and potential blockers at an early stage
  • Monitoring project performance and ensuring initiatives remain on track
  • Providing senior leadership with clear visibility of progress, priorities and key challenges
  • Driving collaboration across multiple functions and markets
  • Supporting continuous improvement and wider business transformation across the European operation

About You

You will have 5+ years' experience within strategy execution, business transformation, programme management, PMO or consulting, ideally within a fast-paced consumer environment. You will also have:

  • Previous experience within retail, sportswear or licensed fashion
  • Strong programme and project management capabilities
  • Experience delivering complex cross-functional transformation initiatives
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
  • Confidence working with and influencing senior stakeholders
  • The ability to identify risks, resolve blockers and maintain momentum
  • Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience within wholesale apparel and footwear would be advantageous
