Reebok EU needs a Senior CRM Marketing Executive who can do more than press send. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to build sharp Klaviyo campaigns, tighten lifecycle journeys, segment properly and turn customer data into revenue.

As a Senior CRM Marketing Executive, you'll own email from brief to deployment: campaign planning, build, QA, scheduling, testing and reporting. You'll work across launches, trading moments, peak periods and stock shifts, keeping CRM fast, accurate and commercially useful.

You’ll also build and optimise key flows including welcome, browse abandonment, cart abandonment, post-purchase, re-engagement and win-back.

We’re looking for someone with 2-4 years CRM, email or lifecycle marketing experience, ideally in ecommerce, retail, fashion or sportswear. You’ll need hands-on Klaviyo experience, strong segmentation and A/B testing knowledge, solid Excel or Google Sheets skills, and a serious eye for detail.

This is CRM for a global sportswear brand with European scale, real pace and plenty still to build. No passengers. No batch-and-blast merchants. Just smart CRM that drives engagement, retention and revenue.
