Were looking for a hands-on Junior Product Concept Technologist / Pattern Cutter to join a fast-paced Rapid Prototyping / atelier environment, helping turn creative product ideas into physical samples and prototypes. Youll work closely with Design, Development, Innovation and NPI teams, supporting the full journey from concept through to fit, form and function.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with strong technical foundations who wants to grow their capability across pattern cutting, garment construction and product innovation.

Youll be involved in:

  • Creating patterns, samples and prototypes to tight deadlines
  • Supporting fit reviews across menswear and womenswear
  • Working with industrial sewing, bonding and prototyping equipment
  • Maintaining sample, prototype and block libraries
  • Exploring digital pattern cutting, 3D printing and innovative construction methods
  • Helping solve technical challenges across fit, construction and performance

Were looking for someone with experience in pattern cutting, garment construction and fitting, ideally within activewear, outdoor, sportswear or technical apparel. Knowledge of Lectra Modaris, technical fabrics, bonded stretch, waterproof construction or similar would be a strong advantage. Youll need a sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a creative, fast-moving product environment.
