Senior Buyer – Licensing

South Wales – Hybrid

Our client is seeking a talented senior level buyer with experience of licencing .

The Senior Buyer will lead the strategy and drive commercially successful and on-brand ranges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage category budgets, OTB, sales forecasts, and profitability
  • Develop and source licensed products
  • Lead supplier negotiations
  • Optimise trading performance
  • Present product strategies and trading updates at key business meetings
  • Conduct post-season reviews to maximise ROI
  • Manage junior members of the team
  • Attend trade shows, licensor summits, and supplier meetings
  • Maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Experience Required:

  • Buyer or Senior Buyer in retail or ecommerce
  • Licensing experience
  • Skilled negotiator with global sourcing experience
