We’re on the lookout for a Product and Sales Manager – Womenswear who can own the commercial and product development process from first sketch to final delivery — and make sure the womenswear division stays one step ahead.
Your Impact
- Grow and nurture key customer accounts, while hunting down new business opportunities.
- Oversee wovens, jersey, knitwear, and denim categories — taking designs from concept to production.
- Present sharp, trend‑led product ranges to buyers with confidence and clarity.
- Keep critical paths and timelines on track across design, merchandising, and production.
- Manage global supplier relationships (China, Bangladesh, India) for seamless sampling and manufacturing.
- Drive sales strategy and ensure forecasts, performance tracking, and reporting are flawless.
- Travel internationally to meet clients and suppliers — representing our brand at the highest level.
What You’ll Bring
- 6–10 years in womenswear product and sales within fashion retail or sourcing.
- Should have hands‑on experience at NEXT (Assistant Buyer, Buyer) or in NEXT Sourcing supplier base (e.g. Vouge, Li & Fung, PDS) at Product/Account Manager level.
- Proven expertise in product development from design through to delivery.
- Organised, detail‑driven, and able to juggle multiple accounts without breaking a sweat.
- Strategic thinker with a creative eye for product and a deep understanding of garment construction, fabrics, costing, and offshore manufacturing.
