Quality Control Specialist

A group of renowned fashion and footwear brands is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to ensure all garments meet required quality standards. In this role, you will monitor product specifications, identify defects, ensure compliance, and implement continuous improvement measures across the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approve garment samples, trims, and fabrics
  • Review tech packs and ensure accurate supplier interpretation
  • Conduct risk analysis of new designs
  • Inspect shipment samples
  • Implement corrective actions as necessary
  • Develop SOPs and quality checklists
  • Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare quality reports
  • Collaborate closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure compliance
  • Train QC teams on brand standards and best practices
  • Onboard new vendors with clear expectations and processes
  • Ensure production processes meet environmental and ethical standards
  • Monitor compliance with relevant certifications
  • Requirements:
