Accessories Product Developer
London Office
Permanent
A group of leading clothing and footwear brands is seeking an Accessories Product Developer with a minimum of 5 years experience. In this role, you will work closely with the Accessories Designer to coordinate production across all collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all samples are developed on time and meet specifications.
- Create and maintain line lists and price lists.
- Negotiate with factories and manage pricing from suppliers.
- Oversee prototypes, SMS, and pre-production requests.
- Research materials, components, construction techniques, and finishes.
- Conduct visual research, create sketches, prepare tech packs, and develop mock-ups.
- Identify quality control issues and implement processes to improve product quality.
- Regularly update the WIP report.
We are seeking a candidate with strong technical knowledge of accessories products, materials, construction techniques, and finishes. Experience working with suppliers in both the Far East and Europe is essential.
