An excellent opportunity for a Merchandiser has come up with a growing global retailer. As a retailer of household & personal consumer goods, it operates in over 100 countries and is now scaling up in the UK. Due to continuous expansion in UK, they are now looking for another Merchandiser to join their B&M team.

As a Merchandiser you will be responsible for:

• Leading the merchandising team on a day-to-day basis working closely with the head of merchandising and assistant merchandisers to deliver results.

• Ensuring company KPIs are met in accordance with sales, margin and stock levels.

• Monitoring the department performance and identifying opportunities, as well as potential risk/loss.

• Owning the WSSI.

• Leading weekly trade meeting and being able to initiate necessary analysis to drive results.

• Developing and managing junior members of staff.

• Updating weekly delivery schedules.

• Overseeing the allocation process.
