The opportunity
- Lead the business end-to-end, with the freedom and trust to make real change.
- Set and drive a strategic growth plan based on a clear, objective review of the business.
- Grow turnover and profit through customer development and new business generation.
- Build, energise and coach a high-performing sales team (UK and export).
