We are looking for a Beauty Merchandising Co-ordinator to join a fast-moving retail merchandising team launching an exciting beauty brand into one of the UK’s biggest high street retailers. This is not your average merchandising role. You’ll be the go-to expert across stores, coaching teams, keeping beauty stands flawless, and making sure shelves stay stocked because these products fly out fast.
The role:
- This role will cover sites across South Wales, the South West, the Thames Valley and the South Coast.
- Field-based with travel across your region (and occasionally UK-wide launches).
- Full-time | 37.5 hours | 5 days out of 7.
- Early shifts: 7:00am - 15:30pm.
What you’ll be doing:
- Keeping beauty displays looking flawless and launch-ready.
- Training and coaching in-store merchandisers.
- Making sure stores hit merchandising standards and compliance targets.
- Driving sales through strong stock management and stand maintenance.
- Spotting problems before they become problems.
- Building brilliant relationships with store teams and clients.
- Providing detailed feedback and store photography.
