Product Quality and Compliance Lead
Jewellery / Accessories | London (Hybrid) | £70-80k + bonus
This is a critical hire for a fast growing consumer brand scaling globally.
We're looking for a senior quality operator to take full ownership of product quality and compliance across jewellery, watches and accessories - building structure where it doesn't yet fully exist and raising standards as the business grows.
What you'll do
- Build and embed a scalable quality & compliance framework
- Own testing, standards and regulatory compliance (UK, EU, international)
- Lead supplier quality: onboarding, audits, performance and accountability
- Translate technical standards into practical, commercial processes
- Use data to reduce defects, returns and quality risk
- Partner with Product, Buying and Merch teams to embed quality from day one
What we're looking for
- Strong experience in jewellery or closely related categories
- Proven background in QA / QC / compliance at scale
- Deep knowledge of materials, testing and regulatory standards
- Confident managing global suppliers
- Commercial, pragmatic and comfortable in fast moving environments
