A lifestyle brand offering products across women’s, men’s, kids’, footwear, and accessories is seeking an Assistant Merchandiser to join their team.
You will support the team by carrying out historical analysis, forecasting trends, building and maintaining range plans and ensuring accurate line flows to ensure stock availability.
You will
- Analyse trade performance and recommend steps to optimise profitability.
- Contribute to managing stock orders from suppliers, tracking shipments and ensuring on time deliveries.
- Monitor and adjust stock distribution across channels where necessary.
- Mentor trainee merchandisers and develop your own skills through ongoing learning and research.
- Play an active role in advancing the company’s sustainability goals.
It is essential you have previous experience as an allocator, trainee merchandiser or assistant merchandiser.
We are looking for someone with strong numerical skills and excellent communications skills with the ability to negotiate.
Ideally you will have experience within a retail environment.
