What You’ll Do

  • Partnerships
    • Identify, pitch, and secure strategic partnerships aligned with our performance and cultural positioning.
    • Develop compelling proposals across outdoor, sport, lifestyle, and culture.
    • Lead negotiations and manage partnerships end-to-end from intro to activation.
    • Build lasting relationships with brands, athletes, creators, and organisations.
    • Deliver co-branded campaigns and collaborations that drive awareness, credibility, and growth.
  • Community
    • Own and execute our community strategy, building an authentic, engaged brand ecosystem.
    • Build and manage ambassador and creator programmes aligned with our identity.
    • Foster deep relationships with athletes, creators, and cultural connectors.
    • Plan and deliver community-led activations, campaigns, and stories.
    • Represent the brand at key events, activations, and cultural moments.
    • Host community experiences that strengthen loyalty and connection.
