The predicted salary is between 50000 - 65000 £ per year.

Join a growing business that makes bespoke, garment led products for brands, clubs and cultural moments. Work with global brands, Premier League clubs, F1 teams, music artists, museums, fashion clients and their own licensed B2C brand.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • A proven track record in new business, partnerships or commercial growth
  • Experience across merchandise, apparel, fashion, corporate gifting, licensing, sport, events, agencies or brand partnerships
  • A real network — the kind of contacts you can actually pick up the phone to
  • The confidence to sell creative, bespoke, product-led solutions
  • Strong commercial instincts around pricing, margin, production and delivery
  • The drive to work with autonomy and build something meaningful

For the right person, this is a leadership-track role with a clear path into UK Head of Sales as we scale. You’ll work closely with the founders, design team and production team, with the freedom to open doors, shape deals and help build the sales function around a genuinely distinctive product proposition.
