What's the gig?
You’ll be the analytical powerhouse behind the scenes, reporting into the Senior Merchandiser and driving growth through smart planning, sharp trading, and killer range building. From crunching weekly KPIs to steering seasonal strategies, you’ll be the go-to for making data-driven decisions that move the needle.
Your day-to-day
- Own weekly trading analysis and deliver insights that matter
- Spot product heroes and zeroes - and act fast
- Forecast demand, manage WSSI, and keep stock flowing
- Keep core styles in check with smart rebuys
- Drive the critical path and keep launches on time
- Collaborate with design and product teams to build winning ranges
- Mentor junior team members and help them shine
