Reebok Account Marketing Lead – DACH

Location: London (office based) | Start: ASAP | Language: German speaking

Key Responsibilities

• Own account marketing strategy for key partners across your territory
• Build seasonal go‑to‑market plans rooted in product, consumer insight, and culture
• Deliver campaigns across digital, social, retail, affiliate, PR & experiential
• Create partner‑specific activations (content, media, influencers, retail moments, staff training, events)
• Collaborate tight with Sales, Brand, Product, Creative, PR, Social + agencies
• Run the budget like a pro: clear, efficient, accountable

What You Bring

• 5+ years in trade/account marketing, retail marketing, or brand roles close to the consumer
• Experience with European retail/e‑com partners (Zalando, About You, etc. – big bonus)
• A feel for sport‑lifestyle + streetwear culture and how communities move
• Real comfort in fast‑paced environments with multiple launches live at once
• A brain that balances creativity + commercial impact
• Love for product storytelling and consumer behaviour
