What You’ll Do
- Lead the creative development of integrated campaigns across digital, social, retail, and experiential channels.
- Partner with product, brand, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact storytelling.
- Translate technical innovation into emotionally engaging visual narratives.
- Oversee art direction for shoots - photography, video, and content creation.
- Mentor junior creatives and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers.
- Stay ahead of trends in design, culture, and outdoor performance.
What You Bring
- 5+ years in a Marketing creative or Design role, ideally in outdoor, sportswear, lifestyle, or performance brands.
- A standout portfolio showcasing visual design, campaign development, and art direction.
- Expertise in branding, typography, motion, and digital-first design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- A genuine passion for the outdoors and performance-driven design.
