This is a senior, hands-on leadership marketing role at the heart of the business. You will own the marketing vision, shape the brand narrative, and drive growth across every channel from big creative moments to performance-led execution.
What you will do:
- Lead and scale the entire marketing function: Performance, Social & Affiliates, Creative, and Agencies
- Build and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy across brand, community, e-commerce, and campaigns
- Own budgets, KPIs, calendars, and launch moments
- Shape creative output ensuring it is bold, consistent, and commercially effective
- Grow social presence and creator ecosystem across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & beyond
- Collaborate closely with Product, E-commerce, and Operations on launches and seasonal drops
