We're looking for a commercially minded Senior Product Developer with strong apparel expertise across menswear and womenswear to join a fast-growing product and sourcing team based in Watford. You'll take ownership from concept through to production, working on performance-led apparel collections with international suppliers and high-profile licensed brands.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Driving product development across multi-season apparel collections
- Collaborating closely with design, sourcing, and operations teams
- Managing fit, fabrics, trims, construction, and supplier communication
- Owning critical path deadlines from proto to production
- Reviewing lab dips, strike-offs, PP samples, and garment approvals
- Supporting costings, FOB negotiations, and supplier allocation
- Ensuring products meet premium quality and performance standards
