The Role
Working within a Childrenswear footwear team, you'll play a key role from design concept to delivery, partnering closely with Designers, Buyers and Merchandisers to ensure product quality never drops. You'll:
- Support the footwear technology process across the full critical path
- Drive quality improvements, innovation and best practice
- Approve products and manage suppliers against agreed standards
- Conduct risk assessments and analyse product testing data
- Ensure compliance with performance, safety, legal and sustainability requirements
- Manage in-season quality, audits and continuous improvement activity
