We are recruiting for a growing group of established global lifestyle and heritage outdoor brands, looking for an experienced Apparel Product Developer to join their central London team. You will develop technical and performance outerwear across menswear and womenswear, managing multiple seasons and taking products from concept to bulk production.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop 50 SKUs per season across mens & womens
- Own the critical path from proto to bulk
- Technical outerwear development (waterproofs, seam sealing, performance fabrics)
- Manage factory communication, sampling, fittings and approvals
- Create and maintain tech packs, WIP reports, line lists and costings
About you:
- ~3+ years experience in Apparel Product Development
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit and pattern cutting
- Proven technical/performance outerwear experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
