Our client is a creative design house supplying leading UK and international retailers with home fragrance products – from scented candles and diffusers to room sprays and gift sets. As their Technical Product Administrator, you’ll play a key part in taking the products from concept to shipment.
What You’ll Do
- You’ll be a vital member of the Home Fragrance Technical Team, helping keep the technical side of product development organised and on track. Your day might include:
- Managing technical documentation and customer platforms
- Communicating testing and sampling requirements with offshore factories
- Ordering and tracking samples (raw materials, testing, and user trials)
- Reviewing and uploading test results
- Liaising with internal teams across Technical, Product Development, Design and Merchandising
No two days are the same, and you’ll be right at the centre of bringing products to life.
What You Bring
- You’ll have experience in a busy administrative role, strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills, and a sharp eye for detail.
- You’re confident juggling multiple projects and deadlines, and you take pride in maintaining order and accuracy.
