What You’ll Lead- Full ownership of marketing-driven performance across Paid Media, SEO, CRM & Lifecycle
- Revenue & profit accountability—real commercial responsibility
- Performance marketing excellence: CAC discipline, ROAS growth, testing at scale
- A progressive organic growth roadmap and SEO partnership model
- Next-level CRM and lifecycle strategies to accelerate LTV
- Agency leadership with crystal-clear KPIs and relentless optimisation

- Building a mature, data-driven, accountable team from the ground up
- 8–12+ years leading Ecommerce or DTC performance marketing (Shopify a bonus)
- Proven success driving profitable growth in turnaround or high-change environments
- Deep expertise in Paid Media, CRM, SEO, forecasting & channel economics
- Strong financial acumen—comfortable owning KPIs like CAC, LTV, ROAS, margin impact
