We’re looking for an Ecommerce Assistant who’s detail-driven, organised, and confident juggling multiple priorities — someone who loves keeping websites sharp, commercial, and customer-focused.
What you’ll be doing:
- Updating and optimising a Shopify website (products, pricing, imagery, content)
- Merchandising categories, colour swatches & “Complete the Look” sections
- Writing SEO-friendly product descriptions and supporting ongoing SEO work
- Managing digital assets, resizing imagery, and supporting shoots & stock orders
- Running daily site audits and supporting CRM activity
What you’ll bring:
- Experience with Shopify or ecommerce platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Confident IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Great communication skills
- Photoshop / Adobe Creative Suite and SEO knowledge are a bonus
