Drive omnichannel customer experiences that keep millions coming back. Are you a data-driven, creative CRM expert who loves turning customer behaviour into powerful lifecycle journeys? As Senior Retention CRM Executive, you will:
- Develop, launch and optimise full lifecycle journeys: onboarding, nurture, win-back, loyalty and more.
- Turn customer insights into impactful, measurable retention strategies that drive LTV.
- Build and manage trigger-based automations across email, SMS and direct mail.
- Own relationships with key partners (including Wunderkind) β maximising performance of abandon and catalogue campaigns.
- Champion personalisation β collaborating with creative teams to ensure journeys feel meaningful, seamless and brand-aligned.
- Oversee campaign logic, triggers and data feeds within our ESP (ideally Bloomreach).
What youβll bring:
- Proven CRM experience in retail, fashion or a similar fast-moving sector.
- A strong track record building multi-channel lifecycle campaigns using ESP/CRM platforms (Bloomreach experience = big plus!).
- Confidence working with segmentation, customer insights and test-and-learn frameworks.
- A commercial mindset β understanding what drives Β£ per buyer, retention and purchase frequency.
- Ability to interpret data and turn it into clear, actionable strategies.
- Passion for CRM, personalisation, and staying on top of industry innovation.
