German-speaking. Detail-obsessed. Commercially sharp. Calm under pressure. We’re hiring a Sales Operations & Customer Service Executive to own the customer journey across the DACH region for a group company behind reputable global brands. This is not a “sit in the corner and process orders” role. You’ll be right in the engine room: keeping customers moving, orders flowing, warehouses aligned, and sales teams honest.

The Role

  • Manage customer accounts across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, making sure orders are accurate, customer data is clean, shipping windows are protected, and internal teams are connected.
  • Work closely with Sales, Logistics, Operations and Warehouse teams to keep the process tight from order entry through to shipment.
  • You’ll produce and analyse orderbooks, enter and review orders, flag risks before shipping windows open, and keep customers and sales teams updated when anything threatens delivery.
  • You’ll support allocation, liaise with the warehouse, help resolve product or order-related issues, and maintain accurate customer data across pricing, part numbers and value-added services.

What we’re looking for

  • You must be fluent in German and have at least one to two years of general office experience.
  • Strong Excel skills are important, as is confidence using Microsoft Office.
  • STYLEman experience would be useful, but it is not essential.

Apply now. Bring the German fluency. Bring the Excel skills. Bring the edge. We’ll bring the brands, the pace, and the opportunity to make the DACH region run sharper than ever.
