A fast-growing performance brand is on the hunt for a Fabric and Trim Developer who can push boundaries, pioneer innovation, and keep us ahead of the pack.

This isn’t just about fabrics and trims – it’s about shaping the products that fuel adventure. You’ll work closely with mills and suppliers to develop cutting‑edge constructions, partner with sourcing to keep things smart and strategic, and champion technical brilliance across the business.

What you’ll do :

• Dream up and deliver innovative fabric constructions and trims with global suppliers
• Approve core fabrics for bulk production and keep the fabric library in top shape
• Source cost‑effective, high‑performance solutions without cutting corners
• Stay on top of compliance, testing, and technical standards
• Team up with designers and garment technologists to make sure every product performs at its peak

• A sharp eye across both technical and lifestyle products
• Someone quick on their feet who thrives in a fast‑moving environment
• Solid knowledge of the sportswear industry and what makes it tick
