Do you want to make a real difference in supporting vulnerable children and families across our community? We’re looking for a Business Support Minute Taker to join a dedicated Children’s Social Care team.
About the Role
As a vital part of the service, you’ll:
- Accurately minute Strategy Meetings and other professional meetings.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Care Experienced Teams.
- Handle financial admin (such as petty cash) and manage filing, reports, and correspondence.
- Act as a first point of contact for families and professionals.
- Support the team in ensuring sensitive information is managed confidentially and securely.
This is a unique role where your skills will directly contribute to protecting and improving the lives of children and young people.
Please Note
Because this role involves working within Child Protection, you will be exposed to distressing information (such as child abuse and domestic violence). At times, you may be present in meetings where families and children are discussing these experiences. We ask applicants to carefully consider whether they feel confident and comfortable working in this environment before applying.
