The Role

We’re on the hunt for a proactive, detail-loving Supply Chain & Production Coordinator to help keep our clients sports apparel moving smoothly from factory floor to final delivery. This role is perfect for someone with 2-3 years experience in apparel production or supply chain who’s ready to level up in a fast-paced, global sportswear environment.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and overseas suppliers to make sure products are delivered on time, on spec, and on budget.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Production & Supplier Management
- Support the day-to-day running of garment production, from PO placement through to final delivery
- Liaise with factories, mills, and trim suppliers to track progress and keep production on schedule
- Own critical paths, production schedules, and lead time tracking (and turn them into clear reports)
- Assist with sampling, approvals, and bulk production coordination
- Help coordinate shipments (sea, air, and road) with freight forwarders and logistics partners
- Support delivery planning, inbound stock scheduling, and warehouse coordination
- Take ownership of post-embellishments with football clubs and suppliers
- Manage the pro club sponsor matrix from start to finish
- Support product costing, margin tracking, and supplier pricing updates
- Keep ERP systems and production trackers accurate and up to date
- Assist with forecasting and order planning for post-embellishment orders
What We’re Looking For

- Solid understanding of lead times, critical paths, and logistics
- Highly organised with sharp attention to detail
