What You'll Do
- Assist senior designers in crafting cohesive ladieswear ranges across multiple product categories
- Transform concepts into sketches, CADs, and detailed tech packs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Research seasonal trends and competitors to inform direction and innovation
- Maintain organized design files, tech packs, and presentations that keep projects on track
- Liaise with offshore manufacturing and merchandising teams to meet deadlines and budgets
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Fashion Design (or equivalent hands-on industry experience)
- Experience in Ladieswear Design with a supplier or retail side.
- A genuine passion for ladieswear design, exceptional attention to detail, and a hunger to learn
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; familiarity with 3D tools (CLO 3D, Browzwear) is a plus
- Strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to juggle multiple projects
