A global supplier of fashion accessories is looking for an Import Merchandiser to join their team. Working closely with the Merchandise Manager and product teams, you will help manage the critical path across multiple product areas to ensure customer deadlines are met and quality standards are achieved.
You will liaise with customers on delivery timelines, ensure products are costed in line with departmental targets, and regularly update turnover documents. Responsibilities also include setting up stock codes, raising factory orders, and creating delivery schedules. You will ensure product packaging is ordered in line with critical path dates and update customer systems with packaging requirements. You will also manage marketing and e-commerce samples for customers and maintain an up-to-date product catalogue each season.
The ideal candidate will have strong planning skills and Excel knowledge, with experience in critical path management. You must be confident working in a small team and handling negotiations.
