A first appointment HR People Business Partner opportunity with a dynamic scale up retail business committed to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. They are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR and People Business Partner to lead their Human Resources function and drive people strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Culture Development - Promote and nurture a positive workplace culture that aligns with the company’s values and mission.
  • Talent Management - Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes.
  • Employee Relations - Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent resolution. Foster open communication and a supportive work environment.
  • Training & Development - Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Coordinate and deliver training sessions and workshops.
  • Compliance & Policies - Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations. Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Diversity & Inclusion - Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • HR Metrics & Reporting - Monitor and analyse HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, People or Talent Acquisition role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR & Talent strategies.
  • Experience in a retail or scale up brand is desirable.
