They are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR and People Business Partner to lead their Human Resources function and drive people strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Culture Development - Promote and nurture a positive workplace culture that aligns with the company’s values and mission.
- Talent Management - Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes.
- Employee Relations - Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent resolution. Foster open communication and a supportive work environment.
- Training & Development - Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Coordinate and deliver training sessions and workshops.
- Compliance & Policies - Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations. Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Diversity & Inclusion - Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
- HR Metrics & Reporting - Monitor and analyse HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.

Qualifications:
