A high-growth global sourcing and brand solutions business is looking for an experienced commercial leader to drive the next phase of expansion across licensed and direct-to-retail fashion brands. This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-performing sales function at the intersection of fashion sourcing, brand partnerships and commercial strategy — working with globally recognised brands across apparel and lifestyle categories.

We’re looking for a commercially sharp, relationship-led leader who understands how to build strategic brand partnerships, influence senior stakeholders and unlock growth opportunities within a fast-paced international sourcing environment. Travelling regularly for customer meetings and partnership development.

  • Proven experience leading commercial, licensing or brand partnership teams within fashion, sourcing or retail
  • Strong understanding of sourcing, manufacturing and product development processes
