We’re looking for a commercially driven Head of Buying to lead the strategy, trading performance, and product direction across a premium accessories and gifting portfolio. This is a high-impact leadership role with full ownership of category performance, supplier strategy, and buying operations in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning category strategy across buying, trading, margin, and stock performance
  • Building commercially successful product ranges across core and seasonal collections
  • Leading supplier strategy, negotiations, and sourcing partnerships globally
  • Driving sales performance through data-led trading decisions and stock management
  • Partnering closely with Design, Ecommerce, Marketing, and Finance teams
  • Leading and developing a high-performing buying team
  • Identifying growth opportunities across new products, markets, and gifting occasions

What We’re Looking For

  • Significant experience in a senior Buying leadership role, in jewellery, watches or accessories.
  • Experience within fashion accessories, jewellery, watches, gifting, or lifestyle categories
  • Strong commercial ownership of revenue, margin, and stock KPIs
  • Background within ecommerce or digitally-led retail brands
  • Expertise across product sourcing, supplier management, and trading
  • Proven ability to lead teams in fast-growth environments
