Now seeking an Environment & Sustainability Project Manager to help shape and deliver impactful sustainability initiatives across European operations.

The Opportunity – Environment and Sustainability Project Manager

  • Drive long-term sustainability initiatives aligned to business objectives, alongside delivery of ad-hoc projects supporting regulatory and environmental commitments.
  • Monitor environmental and sustainability regulations, working closely with policy and legal teams to interpret changes and communicate impacts across the business.
  • Manage Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) schemes, including forecasts, cost management, data submissions, and maintaining accurate product composition data.
  • Coordinate and deliver EPR and sustainability training for vendors, licensees, and sourcing partners and act as Disney Store Europe’s key point of contact for environmental and sustainability.

About You

You will bring a blend of project management rigour and sustainability expertise, with the confidence to influence across teams and stakeholders. You will ideally have:

  • Experience in project management, sustainable development, environmental management, or supply chain sustainability.
  • A strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability best practice.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple functions.
  • Familiarity with office systems and tools, including product lifecycle management (PLM) or similar platforms.
